Jigs & Swigs: The Irish Dance Workout® is an Irish dance-inspired cardio fitness class open to anybody and everybody. Take part in a fun workout + reward yourself after with a craft beer!
No dance experience required. J+S® is a fun and challenging workout for nondancers and dancers alike!
Bring a water bottle!
